DL Burger's STORY
Starting as a Weekly Burger at the Critically Acclaimed Merchants Workshop in East Vancouver and then finding a home on Mondays at the Jam Packed DownLow Chicken Shack, you could say DownLow Burgers has been in the works for over 5 years. Born of Co-Founder Doug's love of burgers and inability to get out of work in time to eat the ones he loved in the city, he decided to start making his own.
We have now found a new home in the historic American Bar inside the American Hotel. A beautiful 200 seat room with counter service including some of the province's best craft beers as well as some incredible cocktails. Multiple screens line the room making it one of the best spots in the city to watch your favourite sporting event.
We work exclusively with Two Rivers Meats to ensure that we are bringing the best meat possible to you! A unique blend of fresh and day dry aged beef is ground fresh daily and seasoned with our special seasoning salt. We then Serve all of our Burgers on the famous Martin's Potato Rolls with our own house made Processed Cheese (seriously this is so much better than store bought)
